Ferro Scrap Nigam Limited (FSNL), Bhilai, Chhattisgarh, a subsidiary of the Konoike Group, has released Advertisement No. 02/2025 dated 09.07.2025 for 50 non-executive vacancies in various departments. This is an excellent opportunity for ITI, Diploma, and Graduate holders to secure a PSU career in Operations, Maintenance, F&A, MM, and P&A divisions.

Post-wise Vacancy & Qualification

• Supervisor (Operations) – 12 Posts: Diploma (any stream), 5 years experience
• Assistant Foreman – Mechanical – 3 Posts: Mechanical/Automobile Diploma, 5 years
• Assistant Foreman – Electrical – 2 Posts: Electrical/Automobile Diploma, 5 years
• Assistant (F&A) – 1 Post: Commerce Graduate, 5 years
• Assistant (MM) – 1 Post: Diploma/Graduate in Material Management, 5 years
• Assistant (P&A) – 1 Post: Diploma/Graduate in any discipline, 5 years
• MRP Senior Operator – 4 Posts: ITI, 1 year experience
• Crane Operator – 4 Posts: ITI + 2-year old HMV/HEME license, 1 year experience
• Excavator Operator – 6 Posts: ITI + 2-year old HMV/HEME license, 1 year experience
• Tipper Operator – 6 Posts: 10th + ITI + 2-year old HMV/HEME license, 1 year experience
• Loader Operator – 2 Posts: 10th + ITI + 2-year old HMV/HEME license, 1 year experience
• Mechanic – 4 Posts: ITI in Mechanical/Automobile, 1 year experience
• Electrician – 2 Posts: ITI in Electrical, 1 year experience
• Welder – 2 Posts: ITI in Fitter/Welding + 3rd-party welding certification, 1 year experience

Note: A minimum of 60% marks in all qualifications is mandatory.

Eligibility Criteria

• Educational Qualifications as per post (Diploma/ITI/Graduate)
• Relevant experience (1–5 years depending on role)
• Valid 2+ year old HMV/HEME license for applicable posts
• Maximum age: 35 years (as of 24 July 2025)

Pay Scale & Benefits

• PS-1 Grade (Operators/Technicians): ₹25,070/month (Basic)
• PS-6 Grade (Supervisors/Foremen): ₹27,710/month (Basic)
• PM-0 Grade (Assistants): ₹27,080/month (Basic)
• Perks: Conveyance Allowance, Provident Fund (PF), Ex-Gratia, and other company benefits
• Higher salaries may be offered based on experience
