Educational Qualification & Experience
- Para Legal / Lawyer: Law degree or legal training with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience. Preference will be given to those with experience in women-related schemes.
- Para Medical Staff: Recognized paramedical degree/diploma with 3 years of experience is required.
- Security Guard: Minimum 8th pass, with 2 years of experience in security services. Preference will be given to retired army/paramilitary personnel.
Selection Process
- Educational Qualification: Up to 60 marks
- Experience: Maximum 10 marks (2 marks per year)
- Experience in Sakhi Center / Women Helpline: Additional 10 marks (2 marks per year)
- Skill Test / Interview: 20 marks
