Roles & Responsibilities
Middle Level Consultant
- Monitor TDF projects, track physical and financial targets
- Coordinate with PIAs and support them in digitisation via TDF Portal
- Conduct field visits, studies, and stakeholder meetings
- Prepare reports, feedback analysis, and DPRs
- Communicate with HO, government departments, and training agencies
- Manage data uploads and software systems
Junior Level Consultant
- Field-level monitoring of Wadi projects
- Gather data and upload using Saral survey app
- Assist in preparing monitoring and project rating reports
- Support tasks assigned by regional offices (ROs)
Eligibility Criteria
Middle Level Consultant
- Qualification: Graduation/MBA (preferred in Agriculture or allied fields)
- Experience: 1–4 years in NRM, agri-marketing, finance, or value chain management
- Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, database handling, field-level monitoring
Junior Level Consultant
- Qualification: Graduate from a recognised university
- Experience: 1–2 years in similar rural/agri projects
- Skills: Comfortable with MS Excel, Word, mobile data apps; willing to travel
Salary & Benefits
- Middle Consultant: ₹60,000/month (incl. taxes)
- Junior Consultant: ₹40,000/month (incl. taxes)
- Lodging Allowance:
- ₹3,500/day – Metro/Non-metro cities
- ₹3,000/day – State capitals
- ₹2,500/day – Other regions
- Travel Reimbursement:
- Middle: ₹3,000 (petrol) + 2AC fare
- Junior: ₹2,000 (petrol) + 3AC fare
- Other: ₹600/day for halts >12 hours
- Annual Salary Increment: 5% after 1 year of satisfactory service
- No other perks such as leave encashment, bonuses, or LTC.
Selection Process
