Eligibility Criteria
- Principal: Master’s degree in MBA or equivalent with at least 55% marks and a Ph.D. Minimum 15 years of teaching/research/administrative experience including 8 years as Professor. Research publications and academic leadership are desirable.
- Professor: MBA or relevant field with a Ph.D. and at least 10 years of teaching/research experience. Proven track record in research and guidance is required.
- Assistant Professor: Master’s in MBA or related discipline with minimum 55% marks. Ph.D. preferred or NET/SET qualification. Teaching or industry experience will be an advantage.
- All qualifications must meet AICTE norms.
Salary Structure
